I know we have all been staying closer to home these days so I wanted to share a quick recipe that we have been enjoying at home. It’s the perfect combination of sweet and salty and if you’re not careful, you will devour the entire pan. You have been warned friends!!HAHA
Potato Marshmallow Square Recipe:
3 Tablespoons Butter
4 1/2 cups Mini marshmallows
1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
6 cups Crushed Ruffle potato chips
Directions:
- Melt the butter on stovetop on medium low heat. Stir in the marshmallows until completely melted. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and chips.
- Coat completely in marshmallow mixture then transfer to a greased 9×9 pan. Press lightly with greased fingers into pan. Let cool completely and then cut into squares
