With their bright colors and delicate taste, these moscato popsicles with edible flowers are effortless, impressive and are a beautiful addition to any party.  Try mixing in herbs from your garden like mint or basil or even just substituting in edible seasonal flowers and enjoy year round – even during the cooler months.  These are just too beautiful to pass up, so why not celebrate with these flower popsicles?!

 

Ingredients:

Popiscle molds

Popiscle sticks (that fit in your mold)

2 cups of coconut water

2 cups of pink lemonde or any other lightly – colored juice or tea

1 bottle of Moscato

Edible flowers or herbs to garnish

 

Directions:

In a large pitcher, stir together the coconut water , lemonade and moscato.  Pour mixture into popiscle molds.  Gently rinse the flowers before adding them to each mold.  Place in the freezer until set (it takes about 2 hours to set).  Remove from the freezer, let warm on counter for 5 minutes to allow for easy removal.  Place floral popsicles into coupe and fill with Moscato wine.
