“We were absolutely blown away by Brianne Gabrielle Cakes! Brianne and Anisia were very accommodating, providing different options that allowed us to stay within our budget. During the initial consultation, we sampled 5 of their fantastic cake flavor options, which we picked beforehand, (the mini-cakes they served were very generous in size, which allowed us to try each cake several times to make sure we got the flavor we liked best) and discuss things like our vision, design preferences, and other details. They were very professional and we had an awesome time. We walked away from that initial consultation feeling supremely confident that the result would be spectacular, and with the price estimate as well.
As the wedding day approached we communicated back and forth about additional details, such as colors, flowers, and other details. My wife and I loved that the design process felt very organic, and found ourselves very comfortable with Brianne’s unique design process, which seemed to develop naturally based upon the information we provided. We had a few “must-haves”, however for the most part, we were happy to give Brianne a great deal of creative control, and when we finally got to see the finished product, it greatly exceeded both of our expectations. The sugar flowers and succulents were beautiful, and they looked so real, it was difficult to tell that they were edible!
Brianne and Anisia were very efficient and punctual. They worked with the venue and everything cake related went off without a hitch. My wife and I would strongly recommend Brianne Gabrielle Cakes to anyone looking for a beautiful cake, not just for weddings, but for any occasion.
