As a graduate from NAIT and formally trained as a red seal chef, Brianne Gabrielle pursued her passion and love for baking and had the opportunity to learn from international leaders in cake design and sugar flower artistry. Over time, she developed fundamental skills and her strong focus on flawless finishes and impeccable attention to detail led to being selected for an intensive internship at the prestigious Maggie Austin Cake in Washington, DC.
Under the mentorship of Ms. Austin, Brianne refined her technique, developed her artistic vision and sensibility in the art of confection and decoration. During her internship, she worked on exquisite wedding cakes, participated in collaborations with BRIDES Magazine and was involved in making handcrafted sugar flower vases that were commissioned by the First Lady of the United States for The White House Christmas 2013.
